EVENNETT CLAIMS GT4 PRO-BRONZE VICTORY IN VALENCIA

Australian racer Lachlan Evennett has claimed another international victory, winning the GT4 Pro-Bronze class in the second race of the Valencia round of Supercars Endurance at Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Spain.

Evennett shared the Nokotech Racing by Speedy Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO2 with Andrius Zemaitis, with the pair taking the class victory in a highly competitive race counting towards both the Iberian Supercars and Campeonato de España de Supercars championships.

The race proved eventful from the opening lap, with several incidents affecting contenders across the GT4 field. Evennett and Zemaitis emerged on top of the GT4 Pro-Bronze battle, finishing ahead of the Batina Racing Toyota of Orlando Batina and Nuno Pires, while José Carlos Pires and Francisco Abreu completed the class podium.

The victory continues an impressive European campaign for Evennett.

Just one week earlier, the Australian finished second in the Pro class at Zandvoort in the GT4 European Series before recording another strong fifth-place result in Race 2.

Valencia represented another significant test, with 28 GT4 cars entered across the Pro, Pro-Bronze, Bronze and Am divisions, making it one of the strongest grids of the Supercars Endurance season.

For Evennett, the result adds another European victory to a 2026 season that has already included podium performances across multiple international GT4 championships.

From a European GT4 podium at Zandvoort to victory in Spain just seven days later, Evennett continues to build an increasingly strong international racing campaign.
